That said, the staff could improve on friendliness. While they were certainly efficient, a bit more warmth or engagement would have added to the overall experience. Ski resort restaurants often have to balance speed with hospitality, but a simple smile or friendly word can make all the difference.

Dessert, however, was a completely different story. The lemon meringue pie was easily the best I’ve had in years. The crisp pastry, tangy lemon curd, and perfectly light meringue all came together beautifully. Plus, the portion size was enormous, making it a standout treat for anyone with a sweet tooth.
For families or those on the go, the paninis and galettes are a great option for a quick, satisfying lunch. And while we didn’t try the Irish coffees this time, they’re definitely on my list for next time!

There’s also of course no baby changing table – to be expected when you can’t get there with younger children who aren’t skiing.

One of the standout features of Les Killis is its fair pricing. Whether you’re stopping for a snack or indulging in a full meal, the prices are reasonable for a ski resort, where dining can often be surprisingly expensive. The Galettes were between 10 -16€ and the dish of the day was 19€.
The restaurant operates on a walk-in basis, so there’s no need to book ahead. However, it’s worth arriving early during peak lunch hours to secure a good spot, especially if you want to sit in the solarium or on the terrace.
