Subli'Cimes La Plagne 2024 April

Subli'Cimes, La Plagne

Subli'Cimes La Plagne is in its 8th year and is an amazing event, open to skiers and pedestrians for FREE.

But what is it?

Subli'Cimes happens every April in La Plagne to celebrate the arrival of the spring season. When you visit, you will be blown away by the fact that it is free to enjoy and take part in. All you need is a valid lift pass – either skier or pedestrian.

Subli'Cimes is 5 different peaks around La Plagne where different themed worlds are created. There is everything from hot tubs to bungee jumps, roller skating, ball pools, and beauty treatments.

This year sees some of the classic Subli'Cimes themes return, such as the ‘Altitude Zen' and ‘Not Scared/Adrenaline, but we're also seeing some new additions like the Live 3000 peak.

It's also great to see that more of the peaks are accessible to non-skiers.

The 5 peaks this April are:

  1. Live 3000 – Open Air Museum
  2. Plan Bois – The Big Dive
  3. Grande Rochette – Altitude Zen
  4. Le Fornelet Peak – Not Scared!
  5. Rossa Peak – Snow Wizards!

Pedestrians can get to 4 out of 5 of the peaks. The top of Rossa is not accessible to non-skiers.

For April 2024, Subli'Cimes is running from Saturday, 6th April to Thursday, 11th April. The activities are open from 10h – 16h every day.

And That's La Plagne @ Subli'CImes La Plagne

I love the Subli'Cimes event. It's a really fun way to explore La Plagne for both adults and children. It's just incredible that it is all free because the activities are all really excellently planned out, and the snacks and drinks are great. We always plan a couple of days to had to our favourite peaks and then spend some time here to explore and people watch.

TOP TIPS:

  1. Each time we are keen to do an activity, we plan to arrive as it opens. There is usually no queue at the start.
  2. Download the full Subli'Cimes guide
  3. Take time to explore each peak and to see what is happening at which times.
  4. Be aware of the age limits on certain activities. My two kids are 5 and 7 and too young to do some things—it's helpful to be able to explain that in advance.
